When: Thursday, March 29th @ 2:30pm
Where: Meet be the Cannon in Brannion Plaza (middle of campus by the UC where the painted cannon is))

This event will include a detailed tour of the Guelph Center for Urban Organic Farming (GCUOF) with a rundown of the site and the types of practices used there. The community outreach and volunteer opportunities with the GCUOF will be discussed. The tour will end with a volunteer session so bring clothes appropriate to get down and dirty in the soil!

Let's meet at 2:30pm by the Cannon --> look for the blonde guy wearing an S-week volunteer shirt (Torin!) and then we will walk down to the site at 2:45 sharp! So don't be late!

GCUOF is a small scale organic agriculture sight that integrates proponents of permaculture and acts as a site to educate people, experienced and none, on small scale farming techniques. Fantastic people, fantastic opportunities, and fantastic food!
